You can return your item whenever it has not been used or damaged, within the established period of 15 days from the moment of delivery. The costs of sending the return will be borne by the customer.
Once verified that the product has not been used or damaged the total amount of the sale will be refunded as well as of the shipment via bank transfer or Pay Pal for security reasons.
The products on sale cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for another product or instead, a voucher will be issued for the same amount of the purchase. The voucher will be valid only for 6 months. Shipping costs for changes in periods of discounts are borne by the customer.
If you want to return an item that is in transit and has not reached its destination, you must wait for your delivery to make a return. In this case the costs of the return will be borne by the customer. The refund of the amount paid will be made once the item has been received and it has been proven that it has not been used or damaged.
The customer is responsible for the item during the shipping time in case of a return.
Kokoset offers its small clients a special experience when opening their package. In case of changes the new articles will be sent in envelopes that will protect them during the shipment. However if you wish to enjoy the experience again when opening a Kokoset package, you must pay € 5 and notify firstname.lastname@example.org and your new item will be sent in a Kokoset package.
